At Endoscopic Swallowing Specialists, we focus on thorough swallowing evaluation, clear reporting, and practical clinical recommendations that support patient care.

Elizabeth Scully, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech language pathologist and FEES endoscopist with 16 years of experience in speech language pathology and 13 years performing FEES. She earned her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2010, holds the CCC-SLP through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLEX DYSPHAGIA

ESS evaluates swallowing concerns across hospital, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings, with a strong focus on adult dysphagia care. Clinical experience includes stroke, traumatic brain injury, head and neck cancer, neurodegenerative disease, post intubation dysphagia, and dysphagia of unknown cause.

CLEAR, ACTIONABLE FEES REPORTING

Each FEES evaluation is designed to give care teams a clear understanding of swallowing safety, aspiration risk, secretion management, residue, penetration, and diet needs. Reports include diagnosis, clinical findings, treatment direction, and practical recommendations that support timely patient care.
