Who We Are

Specialized Swallowing Evaluations for Facility Based Care

Endoscopic Swallowing Specialists provides Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing for facilities that need detailed dysphagia assessment without sending patients off site.

Led by Elizabeth Scully, MA, CCC-SLP, ESS supports care teams with bedside instrumental swallowing assessment for adult patients with dysphagia. Evaluations are completed using portable endoscopic equipment, allowing facilities to obtain swallowing information at bedside when outside transport is difficult, delayed, or clinically impractical.

Why Choose Us

Experienced. Efficient. Reliable.

ESS is built for facilities that need timely bedside swallowing evaluations, clear documentation, and practical care team support.

01

Detailed Evaluation

FEES helps evaluate dysphagia, aspiration risk, secretion management, residue, penetration, and diet safety through direct visualization of the swallowing mechanism.

02

On Site Service

Bedside FEES can be especially useful for patients who are medically fragile, difficult to transport, difficult to position, in isolation, or connected to monitors, respiratory support, or other equipment that makes outside testing more challenging.

03

Useful Reporting

Each report includes diagnosis, clinical findings, treatment recommendations, and diet recommendations to support next steps in care.
